Our automated monitoring systems have detected a possible issue that may be affecting one or more Epos Now services. Our engineering team was alerted straight away and is actively investigating.

At this early stage we haven’t yet confirmed the cause or whether customers are affected at all.

If you’re having trouble right now, please keep an eye on our status page rather than restarting devices or changing settings. We’ll post an update here as soon as we know more, and again once everything is confirmed working normally.
